From the A66 Penrith and The East - follow 'Keswick signs' (18miles from Penrith)
After approx 17miles - Take the first slip road (left) signed Keswick.
Go to the end of the slip road - keep left at the junction - towards Keswick.
At the next junction - turn right onto Penrith Road.
Follow Penrith Road along the side of the River Greta (on right) until you see the Pedestrian Traffic lights ahead
+ War Memorial (on your right).
Just before the lights - turn sharp left onto Southey Street.
Drive down Southey street to the very end.
At the "T" junction - turn left and 7 Oaks is 50 yards on the left.
From A66 Cockermouth and The West - Follow signs for Keswick
Carry on to next major roundabout
Take last Exit towards Keswick (Crosthwaite Road)
400 yards to "T" junction - turn LEFT towards Keswick Town Centre
Follow the road via "All through Traffic" round Post Office Corner.
Up a short incline to the Pedestrian Traffic lights
At the Traffic Lights - Turn RIGHT across to Southey Street
(Cumbrian Properties) will be on your right as you enter the street.
Drive down Southey street to the very end.
At the "T" junction - turn left and 7 Oaks is 50 yards on the left
From Ambleside, Windermere and the South Lakes - follow A591 towards Keswick
Stay on this road all the way into Keswick.
You come down a long, steep hill into the outskirts of Keswick (beautiful views of Derwentwater, in the distance)!!
Follow Penrith Road along the side of the River Greta (on right) until you see the
Pedestrian Traffic lights ahead + War Memorial (on right).
Just before the lights - turn sharp LEFT onto Southey Street
Drive down Southey street to the very end. At the "T" junction - turn LEFT and 7 Oaks is 50 yards on the left.

The nearest Train Station is in Penrith (18 miles) then you can either get a Taxi or bus.
